and it's Spring Break for the kiddos. The husband and I are also on vacation. Lots to do during these next 10 days.
But first, I must get my Spring Cleaning and Spring ReDesigning on. I found some great rugs at Costco that made me rethink some of the colors in my entry way. Forgot to snap a picture of it, but I will, soon enough! ;)
In the meantime... I wanted to share with you a mini-project. Our entryway corner / staircase landing mini-makeover. lol. Such a big title for a small change.
This first picture is a before, before. As in... that plant hasn't been in my house for at least 6 months.
The after shows off my new blinds (love them!), my newish YELLOW purse (love it!) and my NEW coat rack. I got that sweetie from Hobby Lobby for 60% off. I paid $44 dollars for it. And I think it was worth every single penny I handed the lady.
What did I do with the mirror, you ask!?
I moved it into the formal living/dining room, under an IKEA bookcase. The radio cabinet that's been there for a long time has been moved into the entryway for now. Which is one step closer to the garage, where it will need to be to get painted! ;)
Lots of small changes, lots of fun!

Yay for Costco! The red rug in my last post was actually acquired from there for SUPER cheap! Now let's just hope it lasts me. I LOVE your coatrack (and the purse, duh). It almost looks like it's floating, too cool!
